Aitana cried at her last concert in Bogotá and now everything is understood: "I'm not well"

For weeks now, all kinds of rumors and speculations have been circulating on social networks about the state of the relationship between Aitana Ocaña and Sebastián Yatra. The singer was absent from the Latin Grammy Awards ceremony and the wedding of the Colombian artist's sister, which made her followers anticipate that the worst would have happened in their relationship.

The couple seemed to deny the rumors a few days later with a public appearance and a quick trip to Mexico taking advantage of the Catalan's concerts, but it couldn't be. Sebastián Yatra himself confirmed the obvious: they have broken up. A fact that now explains for many the singer's attitude at her last concert in Bogotá, where she burst into tears on stage and admitted that she was not having a good time.

"Emotionally I'm not well," the Catalan singer acknowledged to her more than 12,000 followers, gathered at the Movistar Arena in Bogotá on November 26, the second concert of her Alpha Latin American tour. A key date, since the breakup of the relationship would have already occurred.

The singer explained that her father had shared a series of phrases with her about growing up and maturity that had especially affected her, especially at that time, when she was not very well on a emotional level.

"I want to remember this year forever as one of change, maturity and growth," he shared with his followers, revealing that he was not well. "Today emotionally I'm not so well. It's okay, because there are days when I'm fine and there are days when I'm better. But what remains in my heart is being here with you in Bogotá. Because, in the end, life is changes and that's what this song is about," he said, before singing Killers.

The images make complete sense after Sebastián Yatra surprised reporters from the Mexican channel Telediario on November 27 with some never-expected statements in which he confirmed his breakup with the singer. A separation that the Colombian assures has been totally friendly, given that they love each other "a lot."

"At this moment we are both single, we are each living our own path," Yatra confirmed to the Mexican channel, although ensuring that they are and will be "great friends for life."

The singing couple never confirmed their relationship, but that did not stop their romance from becoming the most talked about in the world of music. A bond that was born back in 2017, when Aitana was just a teenager full of dreams at the Operación Triunfo Academy and he attended as an emerging artist. A friendship that turned into love, but that could not be.

Now, the two artists embark on a new moment in their lives. The artist faces another Christmas in which she will have to recover her broken heart, because precisely and more or less around this time in 2022, the Catalan ended her four-year relationship with the actor Miguel Bernardeau.
