The victim's mother has gone to court to stop this situation and on Monday, according to the newspaper Sur, she filed a complaint in court. For its part, the Management of the IES Antonio Gala in the Malaga town of Alhaurín el Grande, where this new case of bullying takes place, has opened an investigation to initiate the protocol in this regard.
This has been confirmed by sources from the Educational Development Delegation, who point out that the institute's management is going to hold interviews with families and students "to know the different versions of the parties involved, determine the root of the conflict and carry out help and mediation".
According to Sur, the girl's mother filed a complaint with the court this past Monday after on Friday, November 10, seven classmates allegedly cornered the minor to attack her and break her mobile phone and glasses.
The complaint by the mother took place after the same day of the attack, the girl had to be treated at the Valle del Guadalhorce Hospital for severe headaches as a result of what happened. The parent provided the medical reports to the complaint.
