The Valladolid Prosecutor's Office has requested a nine-month prison sentence for a man, Paulino H.M, for a hate crime committed in January 2022 when he encountered a young woman whom he allegedly called "little shit" and slapped her. .

The alleged incident was recorded around 3:50 p.m. on January 2, 2022, when the victim was in the Plaza de La Antigua with some friends having a drink and taking some photos.
It was then when, always according to the thesis of the public accusation, the accused approached the young woman in terms of "little shit, I don't know why you come here, go to your country, you come to our country to take our food, fucking bitch!"
Faced with such qualifiers, the aforementioned turned to Paulino H.M. to confront him and ask him what was wrong with her, to which he allegedly responded by approaching her and slapping her that did not cause serious injuries.
