The National Police have arrested in the Madrid town of Alcorcón a man who took advantage of living with his partner's youngest daughter to photograph her naked while she was sleeping and subsequently distribute these images through a well-known social network. In addition, one of the recipients of this pedophile content has been arrested in a town in the province of Guadalajara who was in the group of a social network where files of extremely harsh child pornography were received.
The arrest occurred thanks to citizen collaboration, through the email 'denuncias.pornografia.infantil@policia.es', which the National Police offers to report events related to child pornography. There, information was received from a citizen who reported that he had been added, without his consent, to a group on a social messaging network in which child pornography files were exchanged.
Specialized agents from the Central Cybercrime Unit began an investigation in which they established a device to monitor the activity of said communication channel, and were able to verify the participation of a Spanish user who regularly sent extremely harsh pedophile content. The investigators' efforts made it possible to locate the man in a municipality in the province of Guadalajara and find out that from that same phone he had sent child pornography to third parties through social networks, which increased the seriousness of the crime committed.
After finding out his address, an entry and search was carried out in which his mobile phone, a large amount of child pornography and traces of the distribution of the files were found, as well as sexual conversations with Latin American minors through social networks. .
Among the content of child pornography seized, four images stood out that, due to their characteristics, seemed to have been made in Spain, in which a girl of about six years old was shown asleep, with an adult removing her underwear to photograph her genitals. . These suspicions were confirmed by the detainee, who put the investigators on the trail of who had sent them to him, being someone who supposedly posed as a woman and lived in the Madrid town of Fuenlabrada. Some photos had the date and time in which they had been taken indicated, which was minutes before the shipment was made, which made it very unlikely that I had acquired them elsewhere.
Given the risk that a girl was in imminent danger, investigators accelerated the investigations and in a few days they managed to identify the perpetrator who was missing. She did not reside at her known addresses nor did she go to the places she usually frequented. Faced with this situation, the researchers carried out a detailed study of his activity on social networks and were able to determine the streets in which he moved from the analysis of the background that was seen in those photos, in this way they were able to know who resided in those moment in the Madrid town of Alcorcón and they also found out that the minor victim was her partner's daughter.
Given that the attacks could continue to occur, the agents urgently requested an entry and search order from the Alcorcón guard court, which was granted and executed during the early hours of December 1. The victim and her mother were taken to a safe place by members of the Central Family and Women's Care Unit, while experts from the Central Cybercrime Unit carried out the search.
In that intervention, the agents found evidence that linked the identified person to the events, the telephone number used, calls, the clothes that the girl was wearing in the photos and conversations with third parties in which she posed as a woman with daughters interested in sex. with them. After the detainee was arrested and brought to justice, his entry into provisional detention was ordered as well as a restraining order on the victim.
