In the mooring area of ​​the La Velilla silver fleet, in the Granada municipality of Almuñécar, is the point where a group of fishermen found the lifeless body of a person, as reported by Emergencies 112 Andalucía, a service assigned to the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification of the Junta de Andalucía.

It was around 9:30 p.m. this Sunday when an individual raised the alarm about the discovery of the body, which was found among the rocks of the beach breakwater.

From the coordinating room, the Provincial Consortium Firefighters, the Health Emergency Center 061, the Civil Guard and the Local Police were immediately activated. Health sources have confirmed the discovery of the body, without further information about the deceased person or the circumstances under which the death occurred.
