A 2-year-old boy, half-naked and barefoot, was located this Sunday on a street in the Navarrese town of Tudela, in one of whose bars his mother was in a state of intoxication.
At around 9:30 a.m., a woman informed the Local Police of the riverside capital of the situation of the minor, after which it was possible to find out his address and verify that he had left it as no one was in his care.
According to the police, it was the child's aunt who arrived at the scene and took care of the child. An hour later she found her mother in a bar in a state of intoxication.
The agents informed the parent of the facts and told her that the minor's situation was going to be transferred to Social Services, also pointing out that she could be committing a crime of child abandonment.
