These days, two colors predominate in the French city of Menton, yellow and orange. The two main shades of lemons and oranges that the town on the Côte d'Azur has produced since time immemorial. And the purpose is none other than to promote their fruit throughout the world.
To this end, since 1934 it has adorned several large figures spread throughout the city. On this occasion, dedicated to the Ancient Olympic Games, to relate it to the organization of the international sporting event that Paris will host this coming summer.
The "lemon festival" will take place in the coastal town from February 17 to March 3. Two weeks of decorations where lemon and orange will be the only protagonists of the festival.
