The ex-mayor and candidate of the PP in Badalona, Xavier García Albiol, has issued a press release in which he regrets that the mayor of the city's May Festivities, the journalist Laura Fa, "dedicated her first public statements to faltarme al respeto ".
Xavier Garcia Albiol has reacted today to the statements made by Laura Fa, herald of the May festivities, on Saturday afternoon on the Rac1 radio station where she assured in a humor program, before an impersonator of the Badalonian politician, that "a Albiol I don't even want to see him, well I'll have to see him on the day of the proclamation, I'll find him there next door". Garcia Albiol laments that "the announcer of the Badalona festivities chosen by the PSC dedicated her first public statements to disrespecting me because when you have the honor of being a town crier, minimum common sense recommends maintaining an institutional public position”.
In the same way, Albiol continues that the preacher chosen by the PSC "is despising all the residents that I represent; when I am mayor." Fa's statements were made by her on the Versió RAC1 program presented by Toni Clapés and where, before her usual collaboration, she was interviewed for being the announcer of Badalona's May festivities.
