The driver of a car died this Monday afternoon when he left the road and overturned in Sant Pere de Vilamajor (Vallès Oriental), as reported by the Catalan Traffic Service (SCT).
The accident was reported at 15:33 at kilometer 44 of the BP-5107, from Sant Antoni de Vilamajor to Cànoves and Samalús. As a result of the incident, two patrols of the Mossos d'Esquadra, four units of the Generalitat Fire Brigade and several ambulances of the Medical Emergency System (SEM) have been activated.
With this victim, there are already 52 people who have lost their lives in a traffic accident this year on the road network of Catalonia, five of which on this May 1 bridge.
