This is one of the threatening phrases that the brother of the assaulted minor has received on his mobile after the facts that the Mossos are investigating were made known, as revealed by Anna Punsí on the TV3 program Planta Baixa. Such is the fear generated that the victim's family, emigrants from Ghana, considers changing their address and city.

The 14-year-old brother of the assaulted girl, who upon finding out that a video was circulating in which "your sister was being ripped off" according to what he was told, has also received a series of threats on his WhatsApp account that he did not They have been carried out anonymously and allow the author and his telephone number to be identified, as the Mossos d'Esquadra have already investigated.

The author of the threats assures that "a boy has entered a center because of you" in reference to one of the detainees who has entered a youth center. He adds that he acknowledges that "I don't know him, but I feel sorry for him" and therefore "I'm going to stab you" and continues that "for liars, you're dead."

The recipient of the threats replies that he is 14 years old and has not put anyone in a center, to which his interlocutor asks him that "you and your parents will pay for it." Catalan police investigators have given credibility to the threats and the young man has civilian police protection, just like the surveillance service that has been structured around his institute. For its part, the family has filed a second complaint.

In another order, the Badalona City Council, has held an urgent and extraordinary plenary session to condemn the events and show its support for the victim. Similarly, the mayor, Rubén Guijarro, announced that the municipal corporation will exercise popular prosecution in the case. "Society must reflect on what has failed," the mayor pointed out, to analyze "the values ​​that we transmit to our sons and daughters" and assured that from the municipal institution "we will work more to eradicate sexist behaviors."

On the other hand, a juvenile judge has ordered the internment of one of the two young people arrested for a complaint of sexual assault on the 11-year-old girl in the Badalona shopping center. According to legal sources, the Public Prosecutor's Office requested the internment in a closed regime for the two detainees for this cause, who were turned over to the juvenile prosecutor's office on February 14, although the judge has only admitted one of them. As for the other minor arrested in relation to these events, the judge has agreed to probation.
