The Civil Guard has arrested a 19-year-old young man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in the town of Alcúdia, in Mallorca.
As confirmed by sources from the Armed Institute, the arrest took place on May 11 in Port de Pollença for events that would have occurred days before, when the young man was left with the girl.
As the newspaper 'Última Hora' has published, the minor's family reported her disappearance at dawn, just before the victim returned and recounted what had happened.
According to judicial sources, the alleged attacker convinced the girl to accompany him, apparently, to a house, but she ended up forcing him to have sexual relations. The minor's parents knew that her daughter had met the boy, a Colombian national, but they began to worry when it got late and she did not return home.
When the parents were at the police station to file a complaint, the victim's brother called them to tell them that the teenager had just arrived home.
It was not until two days later that the minor collapsed and told them that the young man had sexually abused her, reaching penetration.
After the complaint of sexual assault, the Judicial Police arrested the defendant. As explained by the aforementioned medium, he is a criminal with a history, since at Christmas 2021 he would have violently beaten his then girlfriend. At that time, the detainee was a minor and the Prosecutor's Office released him. Now, the boy has been made available to the Inca court.
