'Oco, The Show' by Pino Sagliocco returns to Madrid with Estrella Morente leading the cast

OCO, The Show is Pino Sagliocco's original show created from "the intention of perfecting what happens when rock legends and traditional flamenco talents unexpectedly meet in the same room," as it is presented. Six months after the success of his world debut in Madrid, OCO, The Show, a group of music, art, dance, fashion and gastronomy that make up what, according to the author, is his "most personal" show. of the. Sagliocco premieres this time openly and for all audiences, with a cast led by singer Estrella Morente. The Andalusian will be part of the group of artists permanently after her last and only participation in which she left the public amazed.

The show will return to the capital on October 5 at the Espacio Ibercaja Delicias and returns strongly renewed, with new costume designs by designer Juana Martín, with her flamenco-rock proposal, and an immersive set design experience by the hand of the plastic artist Lita Cabellut, who has devised the audiovisual creativity of the show through more than twenty works of video art that will be projected on a large scale during the show.

With the presence of more than twenty musicians on stage, among which the singer Antonio Carbonell, the dancers Yiyo and Belén López and the stellar participation of the legendary Tim Ries and Bernard Fowler, from the Rolling Stones, stand out. A poetic combat where they will try to blur the boundaries between both artistic genres, as if flamenco and rock had always walked hand in hand.

In its previous visit to the UMusic Hotel Teatro Albéniz last April, the show offered iconic moments such as the brilliant interpretation of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah by Estrella Morente, or the hypnotic flamenco solos of high technical skill by Belén López. Both were stellar moments that brought the audience to their feet and paralyzed the scene for almost two minutes of applause.
