Batchcooking weekly menu for the week of March 13 to 17

I have two ladles. Well, I have more (one more I think), by which I mean I have two sizes of ladles. I call them the “big” and the “little”. The large one has a capacity of about 3/4 cup (188 ml) and the small one has a capacity of about ⅓ cup (83 ml).

I use the large one mainly to serve soups, vegetable creams and some spoon dishes (such as beans with chorizo, for example). And I already know that the "regular" measure to feed my family is two ladles per person.

The "small" has the perfect size for, for example, pancakes (American pancakes). I know that with a ladle I get a perfect pancake, round and chubby, like the ones that appear in Hollywood movies.

Do I need to have two ladles? Well, not really. I could, like most people, get by with just one. But they are mine, I already have them and they help me organize in the kitchen and manage portions well. That's why I have them and take care of them with love.
