Yulen Pereira's revelation about what she won for competing in 'Survivors': "It's day and night"

Immersed in the Fencing World Cup that takes place in Buenos Aires, Yulen Pereira has taken stock of his experience as a contestant in the previous edition of Survivors, which took place last year 2022, and why he has decided to focus on the sport leaving put aside his television career.

The fencer has recently been in the news for his breakup with Anabel Pantoja, whom he met on the same reality show in which he was a part. However, Yulen prefers to stay out of all controversy and dedicate herself entirely to "what makes you happy", as she has assured in her interview for Relevo.

Yulen Pereira has made it clear that "the economic reason was not the main one" when accepting the offer of the Telecinco program. "It is clear that if there was no economic part, I would not have gone either, but it was not the main reason," says the athlete, who saw in Survivors an opportunity to change his life.

However, he has spoken openly about how much money he received as a reality contestant and has compared it to the amounts a champion of a sport like fencing earns. "It is day and night", she began by recounting her.

"A fencer who is among the 10 best in the world can be earning between 1,400 and 2,000 euros a month. You can add to television, I don't know, one more zero? In other words, 15,000-20,000 euros", he revealed in the interview. In his opinion, "these are figures that are completely different." He also points out that he speaks "of the best in the world" since, if one speaks in a national key, the figure could be "zero euros".

Despite the overwhelming difference, Yulen considers that "not everything is money." Despite this, she has words of gratitude for her journey in Survivors. "I am thankful for the opportunity that television has given me to expose myself a little more, to be a more public figure and for people to get to know Yulen and fencing a little more," she stated.
