Almost two months later, the actor has not been able to overcome this tragic loss. He confessed this at the presentation of his new series, Come Back to Me, a moment in which he took the opportunity to explain that the loss of his Mima has marked him forever.

Mima, one of the main pillars of his life, was one of the reasons why the protagonist of Café con aroma de mujer had agreed to work on the television series that he presents these days, because the woman wanted to see her grandson again. on the small screen.

However, all in pain, the Cuban assured during the event that this had undoubtedly been one of the hardest jobs he had ever had to do. Coinciding with the start of filming of the series, Levy received the news that his Mima was getting sick.

"We lasted a month, I spent the first month recording without a problem and then my grandmother started to get sick. I went to see her at her house and I told her: 'Mima, hold on, you're going to be fine. I did this for you, you're going to be fine.' be fine.' I told her that the series was premiering in October, and I wanted her to see it because I did it for her. I did all this for her," she said, unable to avoid tears as she recounted what happened.

The actor regrets that his beloved grandmother was not able to see the result of the series, created by Sergio Mendoza and Amaris Paez for Telemundo and in which he shares the spotlight with actress Samadhi Zendejas and Kimberly Dos Ramos.
