Vicky Martín Berrocal is clear: "I will be what I want to be"

Like every Sunday afternoon, La Sexta broadcast on March 26 La Roca, the magazine presented by Nuria Roca. The designer and socialite Vicky Martín Berrocal attended the program to talk about her new book, entitled Happiness has no size or age. The book makes visible the emotional dimension of the problem of being overweight, and about this book she spoke on the set, where she has launched a reflection that has been highly applauded among the collaborators of the program.

Vicky Martín Berrocal entered the set to the applause of the collaborators, and was very happy to be on the program. "What a joy to be here with all of you, especially with Nuria, that I love her, I adore her, although Juan too," the actress also began by saying. At that time, Nuria Roca joked that she had been deprived of her nap with this invitation, to which Vicky replied that she doesn't usually do it. On the set the good vibes were chewed between both parties.

Immediately afterwards, Vicky was happy with the work she has done publishing her new book. "This book has made me very happy. It made me realize many things that I did not ask myself at some point in my life. The book has answered me. I was left empty, I dumped all that information and it has made me discover who I am and what where I come from", began by saying the designer.

"The problem we have today is that everyone has a problem, but no one tells it. Everything we see is wonderful, but it's not like that. That's why this book has been so well received," he began by saying, making it clear that It is essential, today more than ever in a world where 'posturing' reigns, to make visible that not everything is perfect.

The writer also assures that the book talks about her experiences, and that despite the fact that not everyone may have gone through the same thing, she believes that the good reception has been due to the fact that many people have felt identified with it. "It's not the size, it's the fears, it's feeling insecure, looking at you and not liking you," says Vicky. "My example is the woman, because I work with many women, but it also serves as a reflection of a man," said the presenter, while she assured that everyone is exposed to insecurities.

"The best thing is not to judge yourself," says the designer. "Now I am in my best version, I feel good about myself, I don't care and I have understood what the priorities of my life are. Before everything hurt me, I have learned that the most important thing is to live and be happy, that nobody comes to you to say what you have to be. I'll be what I want to be. It's getting to this moment in your life, not being afraid and looking at yourself and saying, 'that's how I am'", she ended up saying, being applauded by the collaborators.
