The case of Antonio Tejado is one of those that has attracted the most attention in the media in recent months. The former television collaborator was arrested on charges of robbing the mansion of his aunt, María del Monte, in the Sevillian town of Gines. Membership in a criminal gang of Portuguese origin has been the main focus of the investigation by the authorities, who have found new data.
And now Sonsoles has opened its broadcast this Wednesday afternoon with the data dump from Tejado's phone. The Civil Guard has delivered a provisional report to the Investigative Court number 16 of Seville, detailing the first notes on the detainee's movements before the robbery. One of the most striking facts that has been discovered is that Antonio expected a payment from Arsen Garibian, alias 'El Ruso'.
The first draft of 59 pages details that Tejado and El Ruso saw each other two days before the assault on the Gines mansion took place. During that meeting, the former collaborator would have contacted María del Monte to see if she could return the dog. The investigators pointed to this conversation as the alibi to find out whether his aunt was at home or not, before proceeding with the robbery 48 hours later.
“I've already bought the Kings, thank goodness man… I had a headache. I have bought the cheap things… some. Other times it has cost me a lung, a lung and my liver,” the band's number 1 told him in an audio message. Tejado responded by trying to meet with El Ruso urgently: “I'm busy with Christmas, poff. This report comes after the court denied Tejado provisional release for the second time. “What we have learned today is the resolution of the reform appeal that raised all the defenses the day the investigating judge made the order public and in which he made clear the reason why they were in prison.
