The last week of 'Save me' begins, what will be the future of his fellow members?

The clock is counting down for Save me and his universe. Next June 23 will be when the veteran program puts an end to 14 years of television history. And he will do it without Jorge Javier Vázquez, on indefinite leave. But the collaborators are not wasting time and are already looking for ways to continue billing.

Apparently, a new life is looming for Sálvame on Netflix, with a format that resembles that of Callejeros viajeros. The idea is that they appear in similar Latin American programs, creating continuity with the spirit of Sálvame.

According to Lecturas magazine, the program plans to send its most prominent collaborators to Latin America. In the chosen cast would be Belén Esteban, Lydia Lozano, Kiko Matamoros, Kiko Hernández, María Patiño or Víctor Sandoval. The presence of the latter stands out due to the absence of two much more important collaborators: Gema López and Chelo García-Cortés.

And it is that in Atresmedia it has not gone unnoticed that in Sálvame there can be a rout if there is no project that brings the collaborators together again, as it seems that there will be. So, as Informalia comments, they want to fish in a troubled river by taking two collaborators who, despite being in the format for many years, have not crossed red lines.

In this sense, Gema López, known for her measured approach, in stark contrast to some of the more combative members of Sálvame, appears to be a logical choice for Antena 3, a channel that has earned recognition for its balanced journalism.

Along with her, Chelo García-Cortés, a veteran journalist who has been famous for her silent afternoons, is also preparing for the chain change. Despite having exposed aspects of her personal life in the Sálvame universe, it is believed that García Cortés could have space in an Antena 3 program. However, the Galician journalist is one of those who has participated in baiting the continuity of Save me.

Precisely, the two worked on Where are you heart, a program in which they coincided with María Patiño or Antonio Montero. That program, presented by Jaime Cantizano and produced by Ana Rosa Quintana - which will occupy the afternoon slot on Telecinco with TardeAR -, is remembered as one of the precursors of the Sálvame era.
