Shakira is already in Miami. After months of speculating when she was going to leave after her break with Gerard Piqué, the day came when the Colombian artist finally put her moving plans into motion. An expected trip that she made last Sunday, April 2, to start a new stage away from controversy.
She will not do it alone, since her parents and her two children, Milan and Sasha, will settle with her, who will continue their education in the United States. Of course, before leaving for good, the singer wanted to say goodbye to the thousands of her Spanish followers, who have supported her so much in these difficult months, with a sense communicated through her Instagram account.
A message in which she greatly appreciates all the love she has received during all these years, and in which she assures that she feels more than understood by all of them. In addition, the one from Barranquilla took the opportunity to make it clear that she was leaving Barcelona, a city that she once considered her home, in order to give stability to her children, who are her top priority.
"I settled in Barcelona to give my children stability, the same that we are now looking for in another corner of the world next to family, friends and the sea," the singer begins, assuring that the move will allow her the opportunity to start "a new chapter in the search for your happiness".
"Thanks to everyone who surfed so many waves with me there in Barcelona, the city where I learned that friendship is undoubtedly longer than love. Thanks to everyone who encouraged me there, dried my tears, inspired me and They made me grow," she adds, excited.
