'Save me' from the old school: the tremendous beating that Lydia Lozano received in 'Save me who can'

This past June one of the most notable television programs in Spain came to an end. After 14 extensive coverages of the world of the heart and leaving viral moments, Sálvame closed its doors on Telecinco. However, that last program on June 23 was not a full stop, but a full stop. And seven of the collaborators most recognized by the program's followers would continue the adventures in North America.

Every man for himself comes to Netflix this Friday night at 9:00 p.m., with the intention of showing the misadventures of Belén Esteban, Terelu Campos, Lydia Lozano, Chelo García Cortés, María Patiño, Víctor Sandoval and the Kikos Hernández and Matamoros to follow with their audiovisual careers. However, not everyone would suffer the same fate. In the first episode, Lozano is discarded from the first program in the United States, and the situation worsens greatly.

After participating in Esteban, Sandoval, Matamoros and Campos in Siéntese donde puede; The one who was director of Sálvame and responsible for this new project entered the scene. David Valldeperas was in charge of informing his long-time collaborators that the woman from Madrid would undergo a test to be able to participate in another heart program. Everyone agreed to help, although some were more skeptical than others about thinking positively.

The three judges in charge of deliberating whether Lozano would be a valid collaborator were the Venezuelan Carolina Sandoval, alias La Venenosa, a recent collaborator of Cuentos Chinos; the Peruvian Andrés Hurtado, who went viral for firing his live producer; and the Argentine Javier Ceriani, known as “The King of Media”, who had a confrontation in April with Emma García. At first they tried to review Lydia's career in terms of exclusives, encountering many pregnancies, like Belén's.

“You are very good at menstruation. You know all the pregnancies, you really are a torrent of blood,” said Ceriani, who would soon become a protagonist for trying to discredit the work of the woman from Madrid. The host of the program Chisme no like had no mercy, highlighting that you can never lie in journalism and that in the United States any of his poorly verified exclusives could end up in a lawsuit.

However, the situation worsened even more, degenerating into one of the classic multiple discussions that characterized Sálvame during its years of broadcast. The Argentine just put his finger on the wound when Lydia's colleagues tried to defend her, to the point of calling Belén Esteban and her company "muppets." Fortunately, everything could be resolved so that the three guests could retire to deliberate.
