Rocío Carrasco has won the legal battle against her sister Gloria Camila, who sued the eldest daughter of Rocío Jurado for falsifying a private document and a crime of presenting a false document in judicial proceedings. Gloria Camilia had sued her sister for document falsification. The entire process originates from the manuscript that Carrasco delivered to the judge of the investigating court number 5 of Alcobendas on October 29, 2021 in the preliminary proceedings between the parties.
Despite the fact that the document was left out of the process because Camila's defense considered that it was not what was required, it was decided to make a calligraphic expert report with the copy of that manuscript.
