Nuria Roca speaks out about Pedro Sánchez's non-resignation: ''A character like Sánchez does not obey logic''

The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, announced this Monday, April 29, the decision he had made about his future in the Government of Spain after five days of reflection and maximum uncertainty throughout the territory. The socialist leader revealed in an appearance from the Moncloa Palace at 11 in the morning that he continued to command the Executive.

''I have decided to continue and continue with more strength, if possible, at the head of the Presidency of the Government of Spain. This decision is not a full stop, it is a full stop. I guarantee it. That is why I assume before you my commitment to work tirelessly, firmly and with serenity, for the pending regeneration of our democracy and for the advancement and consolidation of rights and freedoms,'' declared the president.

Pedro Sánchez's decision has generated all kinds of reactions, both in the field of politics and on television. And numerous famous faces from the small screen have wanted to express their opinion on the continuity of the President of the Government. Some did it through different television programs, such as Ana Rosa Quintana, who began Monday afternoon talking about the socialist leader.

For her part, Nuria Roca, another of the most popular presenters on the small screen, revealed in a talk at the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid everything she thought about the President of the Government's decision.

''I thought I was going to resign because a series of events took place that took me to a logical place, when you apply logic you can make mistakes and, in this case, with a character like Sánchez, who does not obey logic either, "It surprised me," he began by saying to a group of students in a video posted on social networks.

''But regardless of the colors or the opinion you have, the ideology you have or who you are more or less related to, I think that something has happened that we have to reflect on. And if these days of reflection, yours, because the rest of us will have to start reflecting now, if after these days of reflection and this decision something positive happens, to me it seems well spent, if the political tone is lowered.'' , declared the collaborator of El Hormiguero.
