Messika's high jewelry lights up the Paris night

The Parisian night is magical. The streets light up with their iconic terraces full of people laughing, chatting, toasting and celebrating their achievements. Near the Opera, at the Pavillon Cambon, on the night of Thursday, September 28, Messika made the city of light shine even brighter to present its third High Jewelry show and commemorate a decade in the industry.

The guest list was up to the task. Its founder and creative soul, Valérie Messika, made use of her influences and placed Cher herself in the front row. The audience, realizing her presence, fell silent. Immediately afterwards her name echoed throughout the facility shouting “Cher, cher, cher.”

The other main protagonist of the night was made to wait a little longer. Specifically, a few seconds after the start of the parade. Carla Bruni, ambassador of the Midnight Sun collection, opened the show with the temper, elegance and that je ne sais quoi, as the French would say, that characterizes her so much.

Under the watchful eye of Ester Expósito, Ashley Graham, Kelly Rowland, Ed Westwich, Amy Jackson and Sara Sampaio, among many other renowned personalities, a burst of glitter eclipsed the room and made everyone present vibrate.

A manifesto of creativity inspired by the extravagance and freedom of the great places of the seventies, such as Studio 54, the Palace or Chez Régine. Exceptional unique pieces that reveal all the savoir faire of Messika's Parisian ateliers.

Echoing the magnetic sets of the Midnight Sun collection, the garments were designed by Nix Lecourt Mansion. Some exclusive looks, set with diamonds, were specially created in collaboration with Valérie Messika. A total of 29 daring and hypnotic silhouettes, conceived together to accompany High Jewelry. An exciting night that culminated with Ava Max's performance.
