More than two months have passed since the judge handling the case of the robbery at María del Monte's house decided to take her nephew to provisional prison for being the alleged "intellectual author." Since then, Antonio Tejado has tried to obtain provisional freedom on several occasions.

After a first appeal from his lawyer, the request was dismissed. "She had requested that freedom just after her statement on March 15, the Prosecutor's Office objected and the private prosecution, María del Monte's lawyer, too," they said in Let's see. And a few days ago, the magistrate once again denied this request, leaving the television collaborator in prison until the trial is resolved.

One of the things that the investigating judge in the case was waiting for was the dumping of messages from the defendants' mobile phones. "I am not going to release one and I am going to leave the rest because I see it as a whole and I need to wait for that information," said Isabel Rábago about the robed man's words.

Hours later, this dump has taken place. The Seville newspaper has revealed the provisional report that the Civil Guard sent to the Investigative Court number 16 of Seville, and several revealing data have come to light. Among them, the photographs that María del Monte sent to her nephew weeks before the robbery and that could have quantified the value of her belongings.

The judge has in his possession some conversations between the singer and Antonio Tejado in which, in addition, there are images of their luxury watches. And they both share a love for these pieces. Therefore, these messages show the television collaborator's interest in purchasing one of them.

A Rolex and a Corum Golden Bridge are the watches that María del Monte photographs and for which she makes an offer of 6,900 euros for one of them. Something that Tejado momentarily dismisses, claiming that she cannot afford the price and that she is waiting to collect an amount of money.

This joins the conversations that exist between Antonio Tejado and 'El Ruso' where it is clear that the singer's nephew was waiting for payment from him. "I'm busy with Christmas, poff. Let's see if we can see each other this afternoon or tomorrow morning, you tell me for the Kings, you know, please," Tejado tells the band's number 1.

Some messages that call into question the statements of the reality show contestant, who claims at all times to have no relationship with this person beyond the gym. "This paints a slightly darker horizon for Antonio, because, on the one hand, he gathers information and on the other hand he wants to locate in time where his aunt is. The sum of the clock, the dog, the conversations with 'El Ruso' and the meeting, they allow a condition of guilt as evidence," says criminal lawyer Bea de Vicente, as reported by Lecturas.
