Karina collapses in 'Big Brother VIP' and asks to leave the house: "I don't want to be a burden"

Considered as 'The heroine' of the eighth edition of 'Big Brother VIP', Karina has visited the confessional of Guadalix's house. In a nightgown, the Spanish singer and actress collapsed in front of the 'Super'.

The famous Spanish singer and actress expressed her anguish over her swollen ankles and expressed her desire to leave the house with these words: “I don't want to be a burden.” Moved, she shared her feelings saying: “There is so much vitality in the house. And I, with these legs, always have to ask for favors.”

Karina, 76 years old and second classified in Eurovision 1971, revealed that she had preferred to do it in private so as not to show vulnerability in front of her colleagues, stating: "I don't want to give an image of a victim, but I feel diminished."

The contestant was grateful for the constant help she received from her classmates, and with serenity and patience, she sought to find a way to enjoy her experience in 'Big Brother VIP'. She recognized that there were young competitors in the house with a strong desire to win and, in contrast, she clarified that she had come to live the experience and to provide encouragement to the older people. For Karina, participating in this reality show is a "gift from heaven."

On the set of 'GHVIP: The debate', Ion Aramendi suggested that Karina's message could be a farewell, while Carlos Manuel Díaz, her ex-partner and father of her daughter Azahara, said that she wanted to stay and continue on the program to feel alive, even though she had no intention of winning. In a humorous tone, Carlos Manuel Díaz joked that “we will have to drag her out.”

Tonight, during 'The debate' of the eighth edition of 'Big Brother VIP', Karina confessed that mentally “she is fine.” “I am my age, my legs swell and I am limited,” she confessed. “I know I'm older and I can't compete with a 30-year-old person. I just want older people to be encouraged and not stay at home,” she commented before adding: “But I want to fight,” Karina determined.

Karina stays in GHVIP8, being one of the nominees with the possibility of leaving at next Thursday's gala.
