The last judicial problem he has had was after being arrested for an alleged robbery with violence. Something that from the first minute he himself has been in charge of ensuring is not true. Now, he has not hesitated to reiterate his innocence in the Madrid Court.
On the morning of Tuesday, November 28, the actor met with an acquaintance of his to record a video clip. But far from that, they ended up getting into a fight in which there were punches in the air. Although there were no serious injuries, the complainant claimed that Ballesta had stolen a jacket, valued at 200 euros, and 50 euros in cash.
A few minutes after the other person called the police, Juan José Ballesta was arrested by the National Police. Among his belongings they could not find what he had supposedly stolen from the complainant. For this reason, he was released without precautionary measures.
This Friday, December 22, the actor had to face that person in court. In the trial, which has lasted longer than the actor's lawyer expected, Ballesta has ratified all the words he said at first, denying having robbed the man and ensuring that it was he who dealt him the first blow.
It was in the Investigative Court number 29 of Madrid. A complaint that this time has come from the actor for an alleged crime of injuries. And, as he explained at first, Ballesta ended up with a wound in his mouth. Something that is recorded in the injury report.
At this moment, the only thing left to know is the judge's decision as to whether he continues to move forward with the two crossed complaints, or only accepts one, or none. But the one who has not hesitated to speak is the actor himself upon entering the courthouse. "I come to tell the truth. And the only thing that happened here is that there was a person who wanted to take advantage of me," he expressed.
"I am not going to talk to this person ever again unless it is in court. A person who wants to take advantage, I have nothing to talk to that person. He is one more person who wants to get on the bandwagon," he stated. .
