The businessman and his girlfriend filed a complaint at the police station on May 10 against the photographer after experiencing one of the most frustrating episodes of his life when Martín chased them to record them in a private parking lot, something illegal.
Piqué and Chía presented a document of more than 36 pages alleging that they are being harassed and persecuted by the journalist. In the writing they gather all kinds of reports, social network publications, photographs, statements, interventions on television, etc. of Jordi Martín about them or about their relationship.
The enmity between the former Barcelona soccer player and the television collaborator is not something new, since Jordi Martín is a figure very close to Shakira, with whom he shares a good relationship. It should be noted that the paparazzi has defended the singer of Hips do n't Lie and Waka Waka in the different spaces in which he collaborates, something that would not have sat well with culé.
Today, Wednesday June 7, the legal process that Gerard Piqué initiated with the complaint against the Catalan photographer has started. The former soccer player has thus returned with his partner to the Ciutat de la Justícia to request a restraining order of 3,000 meters with Martín.
For his part, the paparazzi declared that he was "very calm" on his arrival at the Courts, since he knows that he was acting from the public thoroughfare at all times and that he was only doing his job. When asked about the specific day on which he was caught in a private parking lot, Martín answers bluntly: ''I didn't hide; when the security guard warned me that the area was private, I came out with all the politeness and that's it''.
Since it was announced that the ex-soccer player and the singer Shakira were no longer together and that the ex-Blaugrana had once again found hope in Clara Chía, the gossip has persecuted them in all possible scenarios.
