Ivana Andrés, one of the captains of the team that won the Women's World Cup with Spain, is already on the list that awarded the Gold Medal for Sports Merit, awarded by the Ministry of Culture and Sports. The rectification comes after the Official State Gazette (BOE) confused her name with that of Ivana Icardi, a former contestant on Survivors and sister of the Argentine Galatasaray player, Mauro Icardi.
The Real Madrid soccer player and her namesake have taken the matter with humor. Upon learning of the BOE's error, both decided to meet up to get to know each other better and took the opportunity to exchange shirts, as they published on their social networks.
“These photos make more sense together,” the influencer wrote on her X account, also using the viral meme in which two Spidermen appear pointing at each other.
“Well, the Medal of Merit for Good Vibes and Sympathy would do you great. Thanks for the little time we spent. Nice to meet you. Life, with humor, is much more life,” the Real Madrid soccer player replied.
Icardi has also shared the photograph on his Instagram account and has taken the opportunity to thank the true world champion for the gift. On the elastic, Andrés wrote a loving message: "“With all my love, for my most precious double. From Ivana to Ivana.”
