Emma García after 30 years of relationship with Aitor Senar: "We are lovers and friends"

Emma García is one of the few professionals who can boast of having been active for more than two decades and having known how to maintain the perfect balance between her professional life and her more personal side. The Mediaset presenter continues to be one of the most recognized faces on television thanks to her charisma; But she has also been sharing her life with her husband, Aitor Senar, for more than three decades, with whom she is as in love as she was when she met him when she was 16 years old.

A relationship that those who have witnessed it assure continues to be as romantic, fresh and complicit as when they met when they were young. An unbreakable relationship that seems to have secrets that many would die to know. In this regard, the presenter has opened up in some interesting statements to the magazine Lecturas, where she tells how she and Aitor Sena have maintained the spark after more than three decades together.

“The first thing I do when I arrive is give my husband a hug,” reveals the presenter, who says that Senar watches the program whenever he can, supporting her in all her projects. She has done it this way since she fell in love with him when she was only 17 years old, and she continues doing it this way after celebrating 30 years of relationship.

The couple said “I do” in 2000 and, since then, they had to face the challenges that life presented them, mainly due to the presenter's professional career.

The presenter assures that “there is no secret” in what she does. They both live “day to day” and follow one rule: wanting to be together. “Having lived other experiences these years makes you realize that you want to be with him and he with me, fortunately,” explains Ordizia, who emphasizes that above all, they are friends. “We have a very close relationship as a couple, as lovers, as friends.”

A relationship that both know is not guaranteed for the future, because “you have to work on that relationship,” especially by getting to know each other. “I get very bored,” she admits. “We are different, but we have the same goal in life, which is to enjoy.”

A life that is complemented by a 17-year-old daughter who has developed a great personality, who sometimes even puts her own mother in check by coming out with things typical of a girl her age. “She reminds me a lot of me,” she admits, amused. “My husband often says that he is just like me.”
