Aitana's difficult confession in the interview with Ibai Llanos: "I've been going to therapy since I left 'Operación Triunfo'"

The artist Aitana Ocaña is going through a very beautiful stage. The Catalan singer has attended an interview with the streamer Ibai where she has taken stock of her career, she has talked about her last months in Los Angeles and has presented her new work.

The singer will soon release Alpha, her third studio album, "an album with references to the nineties and the 2000's" that breaks with everything she has done before. The young woman has acknowledged that she is very excited, but she has also stated that she has various doubts regarding the project, since she still does not know whether to include any collaboration or not. ''What is certain is that she will leave this year,'' she clarified before a curious Ibai Llanos.

During the interview, Aitana has shown herself to be as close as ever, giving her sincere opinion and confessing that this summer she will make her debut singing at festivals, something that gives her "a lot of fear". The reason why she feels insecure at festivals is because in her own concerts she relies on fans paying to see her, something that does not happen in these spaces. She has also declared that thanks to therapy and her fans, she has managed to overcome many barriers.

"I've been going to therapy since I left Operación Triunfo, I had never gone before," the Catalan confessed to Ibai Llanos while talking about everything she deals with in her sessions: "Insecurities, fears, the fear of flying... all those things. It is highly recommended''.

When the interview was more interesting, a notification from Aitana's mobile phone would interrupt the conversation. ''He is my driving school teacher,'' the artist confessed with a nervous smile before telling Ibai that she has been looking for the moment to get her driving license for a long time.

''I'm going to practice with the car and I have four paparazzi behind me,'' commented the singer, amused, trying to explain to the interviewer how frustrating it is to try to carry out this procedure while being a well-known face in our country.
