Once he realized what was happening to him, the actor underwent emergency surgery. When the two-hour intervention was over, doctors took the artist to the center's intensive care unit to recover. ''After the operation, our patient was transferred to the intensive care unit. He continues to be monitored in an unconscious state," said the statement made public by the medical center.
Although the patient seemed to be progressing adequately, the actor suffered some complications that caused the medical team to perform new tests. After a thorough examination, health professionals made the decision to operate on him again.
The second operation, which aimed to eliminate the fluid accumulated in the brain to release the pressure, occurred last Sunday, January 28. The intervention was a success and the artist was taken back to the ICU, where the doctors monitor his evolution.
