Patricia Pardo has faced a morning full of emotions. The presenter has taken charge of 'El Programa de Ana Rosa' on a most special day, marked by the death of the journalist María Teresa Campos.
This sad news has coincided with the Galician's 40th birthday, a celebration that she wanted to put aside to focus on saying goodbye to her partner. However, the program team wanted to surprise Pardo with a message that moved the presenter.
At the end of the program, the journalist has been able to observe a series of images in which the city of Santiago de Compostela and her favorite cake have appeared. Also, two of her best friends have connected live to congratulate Patricia on this special day.
Far from stopping there, the Galician has received a bouquet of flowers and the cake that she likes so much from her colleagues on set, at which point tears have begun to flow from her eyes.
The journalist thus revealed a request that she had made to her team: as a sign of respect for the death of María Teresa Campos, "I had asked them not to congratulate me because it was not the day, it makes me very modest."
Despite this request, the Telecinco program wanted to show how much they appreciate Patricia Pardo as a professional, with a totally unexpected detail. Finally, Christian Gálvez's wife said goodbye to the program with a very emotional message, pointing out that "I only hope I have lived up to it, bridging the distances that separate us, on a day like today."
