New installment of the television love program, First Dates. Every night the Cuatro space surprises its viewers with several peculiar appointments between single men and women, in which anything can happen.
Eleonor was a 22-year-old girl from Madrid and a Statistics student. '' I love myself very much '', she confessed herself. She was half happy with her career and if she didn't manage to make a name for herself in that sector, she would dedicate herself to pastry. ''They nickname me the tarts,'' she commented. She confessed that she was very single and had no interest in looking for anything in particular. ''At some point I'll want to be in a long relationship, but right now...I'm too lazy to be in a relationship and I like being single better,'' she confessed.
His date was going to be Álvaro, a 25-year-old boy, a political science student from Madrid. What he valued a lot in a girl was her smile. ''Not that she's perfect but that you see her and say wow,'' she confessed. The first impression has been good but the differences began to appear as soon as they met. Eleonor wasn't nervous at all and she didn't have any expectations about who she was going to have dinner with. ''You have to come looking for love,'' he said.
The bachelor told her that he was studying political science and Eleonor seemed not to be very happy with it. "I can't imagine being with a political boyfriend, it would give me a lot of stress," she declared. Her place of residence has also put obstacles between them. Eleonor is from the center and Álvaro from Fuenlabrada, something that the single woman has disliked a lot. ''What a face, what happens to see!'', he said. "It's very far, how lazy to live so far," she explained.
The date began with the two of them talking about the horoscope. Eleonor is a person who is very interested in the whole world, but Álvaro does not believe anything in it. ''There is no scientific basis,'' he said. She rebutted him and explained that in the future she was going to do her final degree project on this subject. ''I think I might find the connection,'' she said.
In love, the two have had long relationships but the difference was that the bachelor was looking for a new relationship and she was not. ''How lazy! It makes me lazy to think that I have to spend so much time with a person,'' she declared. ''I believe that Eleonor does not believe in love for life,'' he assured.
The woman from Madrid later confessed that she had never gone out to a party when she had a partner, something that had a great impact on Álvaro, who insinuated that he went out to hook up with people. "I don't look for anything when I go out to a party, it just comes up, because I'm very pretty," she declares. The obvious differences between them have been the reason that both have been rejected in the final decision.
