A Ciudadanos helicopter 'sneaks' into 'La Resistencia': "They are on sale"

The Lanuza reservoir, one of the most impressive Pyrenean settings in the Tena Valley, in Huesca, witnessed this Wednesday (and it will also be this Thursday) the penultimate program of the season of La Resistencia, on Movistar Plus. Until there, David Broncano crossed its waters on a jet ski to meet an exceptional guest, Nicki Nicole.

However, he was not the only member of the late night group to cross the Huesca reservoir: Jorge Ponce appeared in a very special helicopter, which was once used by a political formation. And it is that the comedian rented the artifact with the Ciudadanos emblem to get to the place.

"A round of applause, as only he deserves -I don't know where he is- for Jorge Ponce in Valle de Tena", announced David Broncano to introduce his program partner. What was unexpected was, after having seen the presenter on a jet ski to reach the location chosen as a set, that the comedian was suddenly heard shouting: “up, look up!”

"Where is he?" Broncano wondered as the camera focused on an orange helicopter flying through the sky and the protagonist of the moment was heard shouting "Tom Cruise, eat my eggs!" while he greeted those present from above. "But, is it Jorge for real?" The presenter asked again without giving credit to the image.

Once the helicopter had landed in an area provided for it, just behind the stage, Jorge Ponce got off the device with a cocky air and boasted of his feat. "What's up little girl!", He blurted out.

So far, no one had noticed the logo on the helicopter, until the collaborator closed the door and pointed to the emblem of Ciudadanos, Albert Rivera's political group.

Next, Ponce revealed the helicopter rental price for such a special occasion. "It was 1,170 euros," he explained, "they gave me the Ciudadanos helicopter, the Congress apartment and these Edmundo Bal and Arrimadas mugs."

Regarding the low price for the helicopter, Ponce pointed out that the figure is so low because "now they are on sale." And, from here, he began a string of taunts to the now defunct orange formation:

“The device is the one Rivera used to rescue dogs or when Girauta got stuck. At first they used it to carry the leaders, and at the end, to carry the voters, who practically all fit in it. You could tell it was used because there was still a Malú CD in there”.
