One of the dates of the night was the one starring Hassan and Lis. The 30-year-old Syrian bachelor arrived at the restaurant confessing to being a very ambitious and feisty person. Hassan had to leave his country at just 18 years old due to the war. After leaving home, he managed to take several members of his family to Turkey, where they currently reside.
The bachelor, who had been living in Seville for 7 years, worked with immigrants and refugees in a city center. ''I continue working to defend human rights and not forget who I am,'' he confessed. He wanted to meet a fun, traveling and "crazy like him" girl. His date was Lis, a nurse from the Dominican Republic who wanted to find a real man, with personality and without fear.
The first impression among the singles was quite good. ''How pretty, how dark and with red hair,'' declared the bachelor. ''I think he's a pretty attractive guy,'' she confessed. After learning about her hometown, the presenter accompanied the couple to her table, where they began the evening talking about Hassan's religion. The bachelor said that the Muslim religion allowed marriages between people of different religions.
But suddenly, the single woman left the bachelor completely confused with an unusual question: ''Are you there in 2024?''. ''Syria is not Mars. "It's the same year all over the world," he replied. ''No, not in Iran. I have friends who tell me they are around 1,800 or something like that,' she said, leaving the bachelor shocked. ''They may be talking about the lunar year,'' he explained.
The date progressed and the differences between the singles began to take their toll on the evening. And Lis confessed that she had never been to Seville despite having been in Spain for 7 years. In the final decision, Hassan rejected the single woman because "she lacked the world." However, Lis, who was not willing to remain silent, responded bluntly to the bachelor: ''You don't know my story.
