The saver who seeks security increasingly has more rewards. Returns on deposits and accounts already exceed 4%. Other alternatives such as Treasury bills or real estate lose some of their shine. Everyone wants money to grow and be able to face the rising cost of living: now even social networks want to charge you for browsing...

Safe money. The guaranteed profitability attracts more and more savers. The banks are moving and payments of more than 3% are already being seen for deposits in Spain and abroad they exceed 4%. Remunerated accounts are also reviving. These are the banks that pay the most. The figure is especially attractive when the yields on Treasury bills have fallen in the last auction. Have they hit the ceiling? For now, the foreign investor gains more and more power in purchases.

Be careful in the home. Brick, another safe investment that has brought so much joy, loses its shine. The sector has officially entered recession, with the prospect of falling sales and prices. And if we look at the light, it is time to take advantage of aid such as the social bonus, which reduces the bill by up to 80% if the requirements are met.

The richest in the country live less worried. One more year the list is led by Amancio Ortega. Between his and the ten largest fortunes, his wealth has increased by 43%. In the rest of the positions there is more than one surprise and a logical absence: that of Carlos Slim, a Mexican, who continues to be crowned in Spain with his investments.

With money you can do almost anything. Mohamed bin Salman, the Saudi heir, is unleashing five-star urban utopias. Megaprojects that turn the desert into oases, luxury resorts or authentic virguerías such as kilometer-long cities that are only 200 meters wide. The images are typical of the future or a movie.
