Yabusele, Sergio Llull and Rudy apologize for the embarrassing fight at the WiZink Center

The embarrassing massive fight at the end of the Real Madrid-Partizan match of the Euroleague, on Tuesday night, which ended with 21 disqualified and the game concluded prematurely, is going around the world and arousing some reactions from the protagonists, to the waiting for the Independent Judge of the competition to issue his verdict of sanctions.

Some of the Madrid players involved in the brawl have publicly apologized for what happened. Among them, the Frenchman Guerschon Yabusele regrets having been one of the protagonists -he may be one of those who receives the most punishment-, as well as Sergio Llull, who was the one who lit the fuse with his unsportsmanlike action against Kevin Punter. Rudy Fernández also joined the apologies for the embarrassing episode, which had not been seen in years in the Euroleague.

On his Instagram account, the Frenchman Yabusele writes that he "deeply" regrets his behavior in last night's game. "Basketball has always been for me a field of expression of sportsmanship and respect. I offer my most sincere apologies to Partizan Belgrade, a club with which we have always had excellent relations; to Dante Exum and his family, but also to my teammates, my club and all the fans of this sport".

Yabusele would be the player with the most numbers to receive an exemplary sanction for his unsportsmanlike action against Exum, whom he grabbed and performed a judo hold on him, knocking him to the ground.

Sergio Llull was the trigger for the massive fight. The Mallorcan point guard was defending Kevin Punter, he hit him for an unsportsmanlike foul, and the Partizan player released the ball and faced the Real Madrid player, whom he raised his fist.

The Spanish international player apologized through his Twitter account: "Last night should never happen on a basketball court. I assume my responsibility for making that harsh foul that triggered the subsequent disaster. My apologies to all basketball fans ".

At the end of the match and the mess on the track, Rudy Fernández apologized "to our fans and to all basketball fans" from the press room. Without words coming out, the Spaniard commented that "in these situations with the pulsations [triggered] sometimes there are errors... The tension of the game has to stay today." Without the clarity of his teammates, Fernández called on the players of both teams to remain calm and seek only the show. "Let's hope this doesn't happen again."
