The investigating court 3 of Valls (Tarragona), acting as a guard, has agreed provisional detention, communicated and without bail, for three detainees -two men and one woman- related to the violent death of a man in the town.
The Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has reported in a statement this Friday that they have summoned a fourth person to testify who has been granted provisional release with the obligation to appear weekly in court.
The same sources have explained that the proceedings are declared secret and that the case is open for the crime of homicide.
The lifeless body was found in the basement of a flat on Calle de l'Església in the town around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and the agents opened an investigation to clarify the facts.
Subsequently, the agents arrested four people between the ages of 23 and 47 for their alleged relationship with the events.
So, this Friday morning they have gone to court before the judge.
