And the truth is that the brief session held yesterday of barely an hour passed in an unusually affable way. As usual on these occasions, the opposition groups did not raise any proposals, and the points surrounding the government's action did not trigger major brawls.
The friction occurred in the corridors of municipal offices, where politicians usually stop to launch messages on issues that may not appear on the agenda. And once again, the frictions were the protagonists, the two partners of the municipal government. To the deputy mayor for Urbanism, the ordinary Janet Sanz, those words seemed a real disloyalty, a torpedo against the agreement that made this municipal government possible. Deputy Mayor Sanz accused the Socialists of practicing electoralism with a matter of great importance for Barcelona.
