The secrets of the longest April Fair in Catalonia in its history

The 50th edition of the April Fair of Catalonia, organized by the Federation of Andalusian Cultural Entities in Catalonia (FECAC), starts today at nine o'clock in the great esplanade of the Forum with the traditional lighting of lights. It will be attended by the highest authorities of various institutions such as the president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès; the president of the Congress of Deputies, Meritxell Batet or the mayors of Barcelona and Sant Adrià del Besòs, Ada Colau and Filo Cañete among others.

To give greater importance to this 50th edition, the FECAC has promoted various commemorative initiatives.

In addition, FECAC continues to bet this year on the improvement and care of the environment as one of the main values ​​of the Fair and, therefore, only reusable glasses and tableware will be used.

The Fair will be extended this year for one more day, until May 1, in commemoration of this 50th edition and an absolute record of all editions. The hours to visit the Fair are as follows: Friday, April 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.; Saturday 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 03:30 a.m.; Sunday 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Monday 24 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Tuesday 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Wednesday 26: 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Thursday 27 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Friday 28 from 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.; Saturday 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.; Sunday 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 03:30 a.m. and Monday, May 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
