Doing magic also means turning a balloon into a heel or an anthurium flower into a three-dimensional t-shirt. J.W. Anderson has that unusual ability to turn the ordinary into something extraordinary. One of his latest creations is named after the word Squeeze – to squeeze in Spanish – and it is a bag destined to become one of the new Loewe icons.
It was presented on the autumn-winter 2023 catwalk and since it was launched on September 7, it has become one of the most photographed models on the streets around the world.
The Squeeze is made from extremely soft nappa lambskin, a material that has been specifically developed to be used without a lining, a feature that contributes to its lightness.
The innovative adjustable chain system can be hidden inside the bag's gathered collar or slide out to be worn over the shoulder or crossbody. The chain, made of a gold-plated stainless steel and aluminum alloy, also incorporates jewelry-inspired carabiners that adjust to any link, allowing the wearer to customize its length.
A bold and very unique all-terrain bag, which is available in small and medium sizes and in chalk, chocolate, oak and olive tones, in addition to classic black and coastal blue. A limited edition in black python and crocodile skin is available in select stores of the luxury house. All models feature the Loewe logo subtly engraved in gold on the base and a detachable gold anagram at the end of the chain.
