The most colorful and original kits that will be seen in the World Cup in Qatar

The World Cup starts this Sunday with the opening match of Qatar-Ecuador. An atypical World Cup that already before it began generated headlines, such as the carelessness of the Ghanaian team, which forgot to pack their shirts for the competition. A few hours after breaking the news, said African team announced that the shirts had come to fruition. A curious and striking story, almost as much as the kits chosen for this World Cup.

This year, Nike, Puma and Adidas, among other sports firms, have let their imagination run wild to design the kits for the 32 teams participating in the tournament. With bold prints and curious color contrasts, some T-shirts stand out effortlessly from the rest.

The clothing assigned to the Brazilian team is undoubtedly the most colorful of all. With an intense klein blue background, Nike seeks contrast on the sleeves with a wild green leopard print. A game of tones that are also combined in the shield and in the iconic Nike logo.

Although this year prints are an obvious trend in the World Cup sports wardrobe, the most original print of all is signed by Adidas on its jersey for the second kit for Mexico. A piece with a white background that takes risks with a drawing in homage to the pre-Hispanic era.

In terms of styling, Croatia brings to the playing field the popular checkerboard pattern, seen recurrently on the catwalk in recent seasons and with a clear seventies touch. The shirt, signed by Nike, blurs the electric blue checkerboard with a more sober and dark blue and gives a touch of color to the shirt with the Nike logo in red.

Finally, the South Korean kit, also signed by Nike, adds an artistic touch to this tide of colors with a black shirt with touches of navy blue, red and yellow.
