The Mossos d'Esquadra have rescued this Saturday a dog that had fallen into the Ciutadella pond. In the operation, in which the Firefighters have also participated, the agents have had to make use of the traditional boats of the enclosure to reach the middle of the pool where the animal was.
The initial alert has reached the Fire Department, who have received notice that a dog had been lost in the Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera area of the Catalan capital.
The chip that the animal carried has made it possible to locate its owner.
