The man detained after the discovery of the lifeless body of a woman hidden in an agricultural irrigation well of the Cortijo de Ducha, in the north of the Cádiz city of Jerez de la Frontera, has confessed today to the crime. Sources close to the case have indicated that the victim could be a 64-year-old woman of Iranian origin who disappeared on July 6 in the town and for whom a search device has already been opened.

It is ruled out that this death responds to a case of gender violence since there was no relationship between the aggressor and the victim.

According to Diario de Jerez, the body was "covered with rubble" and was located thanks to the fact that the Police had been following the movements of the detainee for days.

Apparently, the deceased could be the same person that the National Police had been looking for since July. She would be a 64-year-old person of Iranian origin who had not been heard from since the 6th, when she left the facilities of the Jerez municipal shelter where she lived.
