After taking their statements, both detainees were ordered provisionally detained without bail, given that A. M.G.F., 45 years old and husband of the victim, is provisionally charged as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide in the area of gender violence, and the other detainee, I.M.V., 43 years old, is provisionally charged as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of cover-up.
The accusations will be finalized throughout the judicial investigation and it will be the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Torrijos, with jurisdiction over gender violence, that will instruct the procedure.
After lifting the secrecy of the summary established last Friday, the Government of Castilla-La Mancha has confirmed this afternoon the sexist nature of Sandra's crime and has announced that it will appear as a private prosecution.
