The Antigua Fábrica Estrella Damm will host a new edition of Van Van Spicy this weekend, which will once again focus on the world of spicy food. This year several Barcelona restaurants will participate, such as Dos Pebrots, which will live up to its name to demonstrate that the Mediterranean also masters the art of cooking with capsicum; Kao Street that will transfer the richness of Chinese cuisine to the kitchen; or the new Achaar, which will share the most brutal flavors of an Indian canteen. There will also be no shortage of Vietnamese cuisine from Banh Mi Club, Gambian cuisine from African Choise, spicy Argentinian cuisine from A la Estaca or Mexican cuisine from Cococ.

In addition, monographic workshops will be taught by specialists such as Pica de Cullons, who will bring their hot sauces made in Vic to the Antigua Fábrica Estrella Damm; Bravasa, who will explain everything he achieves with Peruvian chili peppers; or Quins Pebrots, who will tell about his project to plant organically grown chili and chili peppers in the Baix Empordà. Juan Pescador, creator of Metl Cocina Mexicana will also be present, as well as Anjalina Chugani, Indian chef.
