The woman's body was found this Thursday shortly before three in the afternoon by agents of the Civil Guard and local police of the Toledo municipality.
The victim was found dead in his house with half his body burned next to a fireplace.
Although the woman was listed in the VioGen police bases for abuse by a previous partner, both the Civil Guard and the Local Police have so far seen no signs of violence and do not rule out that she fell into the chimney after a heart attack.
