The criminal sections of the Provincial Court of Valencia judge this week from Tuesday, since today is a holiday in Valencia, four alleged sexual offenders, one case of robbery and two of assaults.

On Tuesday, the third section judges a man accused of continuously sexually assaulting a minor, the cousin of his sentimental partner, to whom he also demanded that she send him videos and photos of a sexual nature.

The events occurred between the months of October 2021 and January 2022 when, according to the Prosecutor's Office, the defendant and the victim lived together at a home in Sagunt and he subjected the victim to touching and different sexual practices after threatening and beating her.

The public prosecution asks for him 26 years in prison for a continuous crime of sexual assault and another of corruption of minors.

That same day, the fourth section hosts the trial in which 11 years in prison are requested for a man whom the Prosecutor's Office accuses of a continued crime of sexual assault on a minor committed on his grandson, when he was between 6 and 7 years old.

According to the public prosecution, the defendant, 64 years old at the time of the events, was acting when he was alone with the grandson, between 2020 and 2021, in an apartment in the Safor region, where he forced the minor to I masturbated him.

Also three men accused of assaulting and injuring each other after an argument over the payment of a sexual service in March 2022 will also be tried on Tuesday by the fourth section.

One of the men contracted the sexual services that another offered on a contact page and, after having sex at the home of one of them, both began an argument over the price, in which they ended up assaulting each other.

While one of them tried to call the police, the other called a friend, who lived in the house, and the two together grabbed the neck and hit the third defendant with an iron ratchet, who, in turn, bit the other man. one of his assailants with such violence that he tore off part of a finger on his left hand. The Prosecutor's Office requests for one of the defendants a sentence of six years in prison for a crime of injury and for the other two, five years in prison for the same crime.

On Wednesday, the second section will host the trial in which the Prosecutor's Office requests 15 years in prison for a crime of sexual assault for a man and 12 years in prison for a woman who was responsible for the home of an NGO in which people in a situation of international protection or asylum seekers were taking refuge.

Both are accused of raping a 21-year-old girl, a user in the aforementioned home in April 2020, during the state of alarm, when the defendant went to the apartment dressed in a Civil Protection vest and the accused woman took him to the room of the victim, sheltered in a Red Cross program, where he forced her sexually in exchange for an amount of money that he paid to the person in charge of the house.

On Thursday, April 20, another alleged sexual assault will be tried, that of a man for whom he is asking for seven years in prison for sexually forcing a friend with whom he went out to dinner, along with another woman, in October 2021 in Valencia.

The events occurred at dawn when the victim began to feel bad and the defendant offered to take her home, invited her to sleep, and during the night, the defendant entered her room and sexually assaulted her.

On the same Thursday, the third section will host the trial of a man accused of kicking his girlfriend's father in the leg until he knocked him to the ground and broke his knee in April 2019. The man broke his knee, among other things injuries, of which it took 600 days to heal, and the Public Prosecutor's Office asks the aggressor for a year and a half in prison for a crime of injury.

Finally, also on Thursday, the fourth section hosts the trial in which they request five and three years in prison for each of the two men whom the Prosecutor's Office accuses of robbing a supermarket in Paterna and fleeing the assault in a car from a VTC company that they had hired in March 2022.
