Rain threatens the start of the Seville Fair

In Seville, everyone looks at mobile applications to see if it will rain the first days of the fair, which, in addition to tarnishing the Real, conditions clothing, transportation and plans for those who enjoy that party but do not have a shelter where they can take refuge.

The predictions of the State Meteorological Agency AEMET are changing but for now, they give up to a 90% probability of rain throughout Saturday, at which time the "little fish" dinner is celebrated and after which, the lighting of the cover that gives the starting signal to the April Fair.

However, the rains that are expected at the moment would not be heavy, which would not be so much of a problem because it is the heavy rainfall that spoils the characteristic paper lanterns and muddies the pavilion through which visitors walk.

However, other web portals with weather forecasts are more optimistic. El tiempo.es for example give probability of small drizzles.

It is still early to know with certainty the weather for the whole week between April 22 and 29 that the Seville fair takes place, but the weather forecasts indicate that the first few days it will not rain, although the sky will oscillate between clouds and clear, according to AEMET.

For its part, the Eltiempo.es portal ventures to give more long-term forecasts and predicts that it will not rain. There will be many cloudy days and the maximum will be between 32 and up to 37 degrees that we could suffer on Wednesday of the fair, which is also a local holiday, a day that the Real usually has a large influx.

In these times of great drought in Andalusia, rain is always welcome, but both Sevillians and visitors who have booked their stay in the city look at the weather forecasts hoping that the long-awaited rainfall will arrive before or after this big week.
