The Mossos d'Esquadra investigate a shooting in Reus. The event occurred this Wednesday at 10 in the morning. Shots could be heard in the front area of the Sant Joan hospital.
The police have deployed several patrols in the vicinity of the Sant Josep Obrer neighborhood to cordon off the land and speak with local residents.
For now, no one has been arrested and no victims or injuries have been detected.
The Sant Josep Obrer neighborhood has already experienced conflicts of this style in the past. On March 30, 2023, a shootout already occurred due to a settling of accounts between two clans that are dedicated to marijuana trafficking.
Both the Reus Urban Guard and the Mosos d'Esquadra have intervened in the neighborhood's homes in several anti-drug raids in order to dismantle the existing gangs.
